Hunaja Hetki
Hunaja Hetki is a family-owned producer from Ala-Valli, South Ostrobothnia, specialising in Finnish honey and honey-based products. Their range includes pure local honey, flavoured honey products, beeswax candles and other handcrafted products made from the treasures of the beehive. All products are carefully produced with a focus on quality, sustainability and the wellbeing of bees.
KAVEE
KAVEE from Seinäjoki, South Ostrobothnia, is an innovative new coffee-style hot beverage developed as an alternative to traditional coffee. KAVEE grain-based beverages are made from Finnish ingredients. KAVEE works like coffee, but without coffee beans and with a lower carbon footprint.
Suitable for both filter coffee makers and espresso machines, it offers a smooth, full-bodied and pleasantly roasted flavour profile. At Food Days, visitors are invited to taste KAVEE and share their feedback, helping to refine the product ahead of its market launch.

Korvalaanen
Korvalaanen is a traditional family farm from Koskenkorva in South Ostrobothnia, producing high-quality grain products from locally grown cereals. Their range includes flours, mueslis and specialty grain products made with Finnish black oats (mustakaura), combining rich flavour, nutrition and local food traditions. With strong commitment to sustainable farming, Korvalaanen brings authentic Finnish countryside heritage to every product.
Namitupa
Namitupa is a family-owned confectionery company from Ilmajoki, South Ostrobothnia, known for its handmade salmiac and salty liquorice products. Alongside traditional favourites, the company creates unique flavour combinations loved by salmiac enthusiasts. All products are vegan and free from gluten, dairy and nuts.
Nature Paavola
Nature Paavola from Soini, South Ostrobothnia, creates natural food products inspired by the Finnish countryside. Their range includes birch sap drinks, berry products and herb-based seasonings made from carefully selected local ingredients. Combining traditional knowledge with nature’s flavours, Nature Paavola showcases the unique tastes of Finland’s forests and fields.
Pure Garden
Pure Garden from Lehtimäki, South Ostrobothnia, produces premium fermented garlic products under the Fifth Flavour brand. Made from 100% Finnish garlic, the range includes fermented garlic cloves, whole fermented garlic and umami-rich sauces. Naturally fermented and additive-free, the products offer a unique way to bring rich umami flavour to everyday cooking.
The Local Food Market has been made possible by the Innovative and Agile Food Province project and the KYLIS – Added Value to Agriculture through Development and Cooperation project. The projects are co-funded by the European Union.
